Who can register?
Anyone who is employed by one of the Certified Network dealers or their affiliates.

Please allow adequate time for the proper security check to be accomplished.





What are the requirements?
Requirements
For the Certified Network sites to perform optimally you must have the proper hardware and software configuration. Review the minimum requirements below.


Minimum Hardware:
700 MHz with 128 MB RAM
SVGA color monitor (1024x768 resolution)
100 MB free disk space
CD-ROM drive, sound card/audio
56K modem or dedicated Internet connection

Minimum Software requirements:
Windows 2000/NT/XP with updated with the current service pack and a valid email address with a member of a Certified Network Dealer. (NOT MSN, AOL, EARTHLINK..........)

Internet Explorer 6.0/7.0
AutoDesk's Volo View Express
Macromedia Flash
Adobe Acrobat
Java Virtual Machine

What kind of training is available?
Training
For your convenience, there are several different types of training available for our service tools.


ServiceNet:
Web Based Training available at HMCN Academy - A combination of animated instruction and simple exercises created to instruct users on the basic functionality of ServiceNet. To view the training , you will need the Authorware web player. To download the Authorware web player click here.
Required Evaluation Quizzes available at HMCN Academy - The ServiceNet class has a required quiz. All users must take is quiz and obtain a passing score in order to gain access to ServiceNet.
User Guides are also available in InfoStudio.

Satisfaction:
Web Based Training is available at HMCN Academy for both Coordinators and General Users
Evaluation Quiz(s) are required at the completion of the Web Based Training. All users must take this quiz(s) and submit a passing score in order to gain access to Satisfaction.
User Guides are also available in InfoStudio.

InfoStudio:
An OPTIONAL Web Based Training is available at HMCN Academy
